| Why Should You Hire Me As Your Coach?
(1) Quality: With the support of a thorough Client Intake
Form and the DISC assessment, I can provide you with custom
coaching based on your needs and wants. I am not a cookie
cutter coach. I am flexible and can provide you with what
you need and want quickly and without diminishing the quality
of your results.
(2) Delivery: I am well known for being extremely responsive.
I reply to e-mails and phone calls within 24 hours. I am
online the majority of the day Monday through Friday, so
it is not unusual for me to respond to you within a few hours
of your e-mail. I am also available by private MSN Messenger
for quick IM Coaching, by cell phone and by fax.
(3) Installation: Within 24 hours of your hiring me, the
ball will be rolling. You will receive detailed instructions
for completing a Client Intake Form, the DISC assessment,
and my link for appointment quest to begin scheduling your
appointments. As soon as you decide to hire me as your coach,
I make sure that we have our first coaching session within
7 days of your decision. Once you decide they you are ready
for coaching, I am right there with you. It happens quickly
and seamlessly and with a wonderful mix of compassion and
fun.
(4) Terms: I ask for a 3 month commitment. I am paid on
the first of the month by check or credit card. If your payment
is seven days late, I will assume that you are terminating
the coaching relationship. If at any time during the 3 month
commitment, you are dissatisfied with the coaching, I will
support you in choosing another coach. At the end of our
3 months together, if you are extremely dissatisfied with
the coaching, I will refund 50% of your investment. The 50%
retained is to cover my costs related to our coaching together.
(5) Service: All clients receive the following once they
hire me: One weekly coaching call for 45 minutes each week,
unlimited e-mail support, admission to all teleclasses at
no charge,
instant message coaching on Monday and Thursday evenings
from 7-8 p.m. EST upon request, access to the private “client’s
only” page, Coaching “on call” each Friday
from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. EST, one DISC Assessment, hundreds of
free resources, and the ability to contact me at any time
for questions or support.
(6) Follow-Up: I follow up two times per week with all of
my clients. If I have not heard from you in a few days, I
will e-mail or call you by telephone to check in to see how
you are doing and what is going on in your life.
(7) Reputation: I have a reputation for being quick, compassionate
and trustworthy. I am easy to work with, and I enjoy collaborating
with my clients (co-developing articles, programs, and teleclasses.)
I am well known for providing extra value at no additional
charge and for providing real time solutions to real time
problems. I am known for being tough with an elegant edge...not
