Welcome to April 2005
Greetings Everyone,
During the month of March, I have had the pleasure and honor to be working with 55 men and women who are in the process of listing and leading their first teleclasses for the public. This process is a part of Teleclass Lab, and the energy and enthusiasm have been incredible.
The thing that I have loved seeing is the awe-inspiring greatness in these teleclass leaders. The interesting thing is that many of them cannot even begin to fathom how great they are, and the instructors for the lab have been working in the direction of supporting these folks in looking closely at their strengths, their communication style, their God-given talents and their stand in the world and how to tap these qualities to make their teleclasses bold and authentic.
I invite you today to begin considering the answer to this question "What are all of the great qualities about YOU? What is it that truly makes you unique...so much so that people want to be around you simply to be around someone who is authentic and living boldly in the world?"
I also want to encourage you to check out what the current participants have been working on over the last 6 weeks. Their classes are incredible, and I want to share their successes with you. Once you visit this page, if any of these names sound familiar, please shoot an e-mail to them acknowledging them for their achievements:

Designing the Self Environment: A Snapshot of YOU!
by: Bea Fields
As humans, we are born with an amazing amount of potential, and we have within our grasp the ability to become a healing, energetic, and protective force in our homes, at work, in our communities, and in nature. By recognizing the amazing person that you are and all that you encompass and by making small yet important daily changes in YOU (the Environment of Self), it is possible to create a powerful positive shift in the world. The goal of designing the Environment of Self is to add more energy and passion to your own life and to the world and to be fully engaged through being physically energized, emotionally connected, mentally focused, and spiritually grounded.
Many people ask me, so where do I begin to design a rock solid Self Environment? I believe that the first step in designing the environment of self is to take a close look at every single aspect of your being...your whole self inventory. This one very close look at who you are and what you bring to the world can be enlightening and can create a shift by simply answering these questions.
What are Your Signature Strengths?
According to Merriam-Webster, a strength is a strong attribute or inherent asset. According to Marcus Buckingham and Donald Clifton, authors of the book NOW, Discover Your Strengths, a strength is consistent near perfect performance in an activity. Do you have an amazing confidence in your abilities and judgment? If so, you may have a strength of Self-Assurance. Do you enjoy meeting new people, and winning them over? If so, you may have a strength of Woo. The strengths profile finder reveals 34 themes of strengths, and What Color is Your Parachute by Richard N. Bolles offers over 246 skills used as verbs. Strengths are considered to be that element which is strong for you which is usually a combination of talents, knowledge, and skills. For more information on discovering your top signature strengths, visit http://www.strengthsfinder.com/ and take the Strengths Finder Profile. This one tool is truly enlightening.

We all have aspects of health we want to improve. It could be as simple as increasing your stretching, or as great as
starting an exercise program. Regardless of its scope, there is a reason you’re not doing it. Although the focus of this
article is on health goals, these steps can also be applied to any aspect of your life, personal or professional. I will walk
you through 3 steps that are guaranteed to help you achieve a health goal.
To begin, write down a list of all your health goals. Then, pick one. Now write down all your perceived obstacles to
achieving that goal. Include them all! Now, everyone can site lack of time, unable to fit it in, it’s something they just
don’t like, it’s uncomfortable, etc, etc, but if it’s something you really want to do, I believe anyone can make it happen!
What is it that makes one person get up and jog every morning before work, but another person says they ‘can’t’? It has
a lot to do with desire and determination. It’s something that’s important enough to them that, regardless of obstacles,
they fit it in.
